I had my car serviced on 1/30/2026. I will drive to this location every time, due to their excellent service. I drove from Mansfield to have my car serviced. Jason assisted us, and he was very kind and professional! I appreciate them taking pictures and video of cars before service is started. The sales rep inside could be a bit nicer by acknowledging people entering the building. I felt as if me and my family walked into their home uninvited, but the service staff is always top tier. I have to agree with the other review that I walked there and no one paid attention to me for about 15 minutes, until Jess Feathers saw me and asked whether I was helped. Once he found out that no one helped me, immediately , he took me to his desk and did an excellent job to take care of me. He spent a great deal of time to show me cars and allow me to test drive them so I took one start because of what I experienced at first otherwise, I would give them 5 stars.

Part for my 540i and when it came in he notified me promptly, arranged for me to have a loaner and scheduled my appointment. Vaun was outstanding today in the Service Drive when I pulled in for assistance with the tire pressures on my vehicle. He explained the optimal pressures and I left the bay feeling assured of how my tires will perform after he adjusted the pressures accordingly.
Service writer Avery knows how to serve customers. I had a negative day, and he went above and beyond to reset a negative to a positive. The best part was that he enlisted all his peers to help.
