Jason assisted us, and he was very kind and professional! I appreciate them taking pictures and video of cars before service is started. Once he found out that no one helped me, immediately , he took me to his desk and did an excellent job to take care of me. Vaun was outstanding today in the Service Drive when I pulled in for assistance with the tire pressures on my vehicle. He explained the optimal pressures and I left the bay feeling assured of how my tires will perform after he adjusted the pressures accordingly.
